Your Camper's registration form can be found HERE

Once you have paid for camp you will receive an email with a link for your camper to register. Please do not fill out this form until payment has been submitted as filling out registration does NOT secure your spot without remittance of payment. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Camper Health Forms

To comply with Colorado state licensing requirements, all campers must have the following forms completed and submitted before attending camp:

Physician Clearance Form

Health History Form

These forms must be completed and submitted to BOC one week prior to each camper's participation.

Complete and email the each of the above forms to info@boulderoutdoorcamp.com as soon as possible.
